In the unlikely event you experience any problem with your Volcano Vaporizer System please contact us immediately.
We will be more than happy to help you troubleshoot any difficulty you are experiencing with your Volcano Vaporizer. If we determine that your Volcano needs servicing, we will make arrangements to have your unit picked up that same day by a courier at no cost to you and delivered to a nearby repair facility where your Volcano will be expertly repaired.
If the defect has occurred on the grounds of a material or construction error within the warranty period, the defect will be eliminated free of charge. If the defect was caused by you, e.g. because you dropped your vaporizer, you be provided with a detailed estimate for the repair and the repair will be completed as soon as you have agreed to accept the estimate. The Volcano Classic carries a full 3 year warranty while the Volcano Digit carries a 2 year warranty.
